3-2-1 Construction, Inc. is a family owned business that has been building homes in the Fairbanks and North Pole areas since 1983. We pride ourselves in building quality 5 star and 5 star plus energy rated homes. Our specialty is building superior quality custom homes with customer satisfaction always first in mind.

Dave is very involved in the home building industry in our community, also on the state and national levels. He stays current with new trends and building the best home for his clients.
